Measurement Application

With Spheroview’s high-resolution, high dynamic range spherical images it is now possible to visually record a complete environment and use the same images to take accurate dimensions.

How it works

Using a specially calibrated digital scanning camera, lens and tripod two spherical images are taken from the same position, 600mm vertically apart. These images are then post-processed by Spheroview and supplied on CD or DVD as ‘upper’ and ‘lower’ files together with the measurement software.

Both images are opened together in the application. The viewer is able to pan horizontally through 360 degrees, vertically through 180 degrees and zoom in and out.
